I went completely vegan after the 20 day Reboot. I’ve adopted the same juicing schedule from my Reboot (about every 2 to 2 1/2 hours) to my everyday eating and minimized my proportions. I exercise more often. My caffeine and alcohol addictions have been curbed to the point where they are a rare treat.
